Warren is an independent Financial Advisor with over 30 years of experience. He holds a number of industry licenses and qualifications, recognizing the experience that he brings to the table. He is married to Beth, and has two children, Katelyn and Stephanie. He enjoys reading, travelling, and a variety of outdoor activities including canoeing and golf.  He and his family are also actively involved in their church community.  

Warren works with individuals, families and organizations, offering straight-forward, informed and friendly advice in the areas of financial and estate organization and strategizing as well as addressing their immediate insurance and investment needs. He will give you practical advice about using your financial resources to their full potential.

Tim is an independent Financial Advisor with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been a chartered life underwriter since 2005, and holds a number of other industry licenses and qualifications. He is married to Joy and has three children, Zach, Abbie and Emily. He loves to watch his kids play hockey and rugby. He also enjoys time on the golf course, running, and is actively involved in his church.

Tim’s goal with every client is to provide straight forward, friendly advice. He has been competently guiding his clients through the difficult maze of insurance and investment products and uncertain economic times. Tim is a trusted partner who is committed to the financial well-being of you and your family.

Beth is a RIBO licensed broker specializing in personal lines. She has been providing home and auto insurance through Moller Insurance in Stouffville since 2011 and has been working with our clients to provide home and auto coverage for the past 15 years. She is married to Warren, and they have two children, Katelyn and Stephanie. She enjoys reading and spending time by the lake at the family cottage.

Beth oversees our office operations to make sure everything is organized and running smoothly. She works with our clients who are interested in getting quotes for their car and house insurance when their policies come up for renewal and then making sure that everything is in order at those policies' renewal dates. She also lends a hand to our support team, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as she has been working in the Financial Services field since 1978.

Valentina has been working with Bauman Insurance & Investment Advisors since 2020. She has over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. She provides administrative and marketing support for Warren and Tim.  She enjoys cooking, going on road trips, and volunteering in her church community.

Valentina believes that a personal relationship with clients is very important so that she can provide them with concise, helpful, and quick responses in order to help meet their financial needs. She enjoys being an intermediary between clients and the companies we work with. In her support role to Warren and Tim's clients, Valentina can help with any basic or administrative questions or concerns you may have.
